Crake Valley Croquet Club is located in a picturesque setting in Greenodd, four miles south of Coniston Water in The Lake District.
From A590 take Greenodd turn; after 100 metres (opposite garage) turn right into club premises.
From Coniston: on A5092 pass Penny Bridge (40mph zone); pass Greenodd triangle at right-angle bend; opposite garage turn left into club premises.
We have three good lawns and we are working on bringing a fourth lawn up to the same standard as the others.
We take part in the North West Federation Advanced League and the North West Federation Handicap League. We won the advanced league in 2005 and 2006.
We host two open advanced competitions each season and the home match between The Croquet Association and the Scottish Croquet Association every other season.
